Genassist
Privacy
Last updated 11 August 2026.
This page collects one thing: an email address, so that you can be told when Genassist opens. Everything below describes that and nothing else, because nothing else happens here yet.
Who holds it
Edajent Ltd, the company building Genassist, is the data controller.
What is stored
Your email address, the time you submitted it, and a one-way hash of your IP address. The hash exists to stop the same connection submitting the form hundreds of times. It cannot be turned back into your IP address.
Why it is allowed
You asked to be told when the product opens. That is consent under UK and EU data protection law, and you can take it back at any time.
What it is used for
One email telling you Genassist is open. It is not used for anything else, it is not sold, and it is not shared with advertisers.
Where it lives
In a Supabase database. Supabase is the processor and holds it under a data processing agreement.
How long it is kept
Until the launch email is sent, or until you ask for it to be removed, whichever comes first. If the product never opens, the list is deleted.
Getting it removed
Ask, and it is deleted. You do not have to give a reason, and there is no confirmation step designed to talk you out of it.
Tracking
There is none. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts, and no cookies. That is why there is no cookie banner.
