Delete your account and data
You can do this from inside the app, and you do not need it installed to ask. Fill this in and we will remove everything.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in details.
- Everything you told us during the intake, including the free-text answers.
- Your blueprint, every refinement of it, and the tasks it created.
- Any site you built, its content, and the enquiries it collected.
- Your brand assets — names, colours, logos, wallpapers.
What we have to keep
- Records of payments, which tax law requires us to keep for six years. These are held by Stripe and by Apple or Google, not by us, and they are not linked back to your deleted account.
- Aggregate counts that contain nothing about you — how many blueprints were generated in a month, for example.
How long it takes
Your account stops working straight away once we action the request. The data is held for 30 days after that, so you can change your mind, and is then destroyed. We will confirm when it is done.
Why we check first
This form is open to anyone, so we confirm the request came from the account holder before we erase anything. Otherwise a stranger who knew your email address could delete your work. If you are signed in on the app, deleting from there is faster and needs no check.
